First Course: I think it was called icefish? or something like that with some japanese veggies, and olive oil.


2nd Course: More of that icefish...and i forget what else was in this dish.


3rd Course: Wagyu Beef, Otoro, and Bluefin tuna sashimi with a garlic infused soy sauce for the beef, and a soy sauce aged 3 years for the tuna. YUUUUM


4th Course: Alaskan Snow crabs with seaweed and a grape jelly. gooood.


5th Course: Fugu done two ways, Fried, and I forget the other way. (not a fan of fugu, but it was still pretty good)


6th Course: Fugu Sashimi, yuuum.


7th Course: Mackerl, and Uni.


8th Course: Aged tofu, and Spiny snail like thingy in this awesome butter sauce.


9th Course: Palate cleanser. flash frozen pomelos in mango sauce.


10th course: 3 mushrooms with this sea bass like fish. and i forget what kind of foam. good.


11th course: I think the girl said this was a fish called Pinky? pretty good. meat was niiice


12th Course: Monkfish, veggies...veryy verry good...this broth was awesome.


13th Course: I forget which tuna this was, but defeintely on of the fatty ones...seared. HOLY COW this was good...a lil spicy, but a tad oily. but delicious nonetheless.


14th Course: Banana sorbet


15th Course: Rhubarb something or other with strawberry sorbet. yuuuummy.


Shot of morimoto preparing our food. We sat at the Omakase bar, where Morimoto picks one of his sous chefs and personally prepares the whole meal. the menu is different everytime you go, unlike the regular tasting which is pretty much the same. and it costs more as well....A LOT more. hehe.

Can someone please explain to me why people insist on taking their sweet time getting off escalators??? especially when theres a full escalator right behind them? its like they don't realize that people keep coming down the escalator regardless of whether they're moving or not...

I almost ran over four people because people dawdled at the bottom of the elevators. it seriously pisses me off that people have no freaking common sense. its like step off the damn escalator and make way for the hundreds of people behind you that are coming as well!
